"Thou Shalt Not Abstain" - The Ed Young’s Church kicks off 7 day sex challenge. Ed Young even suggested you keep a journal to record your thoughts during that week.
Some couples from his church are all ready for the challenge. Other's have complications like not being together for the entire seven day week. That would make the challenge harder. But they could be inventive!
I think it's a great challenge. I've heard this isn't the first time a challenge to have sex by a minister was given. Another minister challenged his congregation to have sex for thirty days in a row. Oddly enough couples need these types of challenges and most importantly encouragement from their place of worship. Today, we are all so busy sex is not most important in marriage. Bringing the bedroom back to the marriage as a place, not just for sleep is important. We need to connect with our partners on that heightened level of intimacy. This type connection renews and strengthens love that we have, brings a stronger commitment and let's face it adds fun back in our daily lives. If you are having trouble finding time, give up your workout and substitute sex with your spouse. Sounds good to me.Thank you ED YOUNG! Keep up the good preaching.

Hi, I think it's a great idea. My wife and I went years without having sex when our children were young and the passion was lost... now we're having frequent sex and we've never been happied. If you need help getting in the mood there's a foreplay workout we do that really helps.
