Luke 21: 1-4
"As Jesus looked up, he saw some rich people putting their gifts into the Temple money box. Then he saw a poor widow putting two small copper coins into the box. He said, "I tell you the truth, this poor widow gave more than all those rich people. They gave only what they didn't need. This woman is very poor, but she gave all she had to live on."
What can be true giving for you? Only you can decide what that is.
I believe in tithing. I believe that by giving one tenth to god and god's workers you will reap one hundred fold. However, if you give one tenth with anger, with mistrust or any hesitation you are not going to reap from said tithe. You should freely given one tenth. That means without any ill feelings or concerns about what you are giving. Make sure you bless the money and know in your heart that you will benefit from your tithe. Say I will get this or something better back in return. Also, know that your tithe will benefit those you are giving it to. Who are you giving it to? You are tithing to God or God's workers.
Remember only you can decide what true giving is. This giving has to come without strings, without attachment. It must come from your heart. Bless your giving and know you will reap the benefit from your good will.
BLESSED BE

Prayers have healing properties
While reading a book from my favorite prosperity writers Catherine Ponder, I learned that the lords prayer has healing properties.
Testimony was given that by saying the Lords Prayer every night it can bring healing to illness.
Since I have bad migraines, I've decided to start incorporating the Lords Prayer in to my daily mantras:

Our Father, who art in heaven,
Hallowed be thy Name.
Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done,
On earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil.
[For thine is the kingdom,
and the power, and the glory,
for ever and ever.
Amen.]

Luke 21: 1-4
I was flipping through one my bibles today. I found a marker that said Luke 21:1-4. I don't know when or why I marked this, however, I read it again this morning. I wanted to share.
Luke 21
As Jesus looked up, he saw some rich people putting their gifts into the Temple money box. 2 Then he saw a poor widow putting two small copper coins into the box. 3 He said, "I tell you the truth, this poor widow gave more than all those rich people. 4 They gave only what they did not need. This woman is very poor, but she gave all she had to live on."
Which category do you fall under? You don't have to look at it as rich and poor. I do think it's important to focus on giving only what you don't need or giving all you have to live on.
